What You Will Do

Develop manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
Oversee facility installations to deliver high-quality vehicle modifications.
Achieve process metrics such as JPH, CPU, HPU, and FTT targets for added content.
Identify process improvements and train the operating team on implementation.
Develop and review cost-saving possibilities, providing technical justifications for projects.
Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What You Will Bring

Proven Vehicle Operations experience.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
An Engineering Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.
