Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

Salary: £40,000-£48,000 depending on experiences
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of a large, or small packages of, data projects
- Proposing and implementing proof of concept data solutions to business questions, in preparation for service transition
- Responding to evolving requirements and being adaptable when required
- Working with the Data Architect and key stakeholders to understand data availability, data requirements and design technical solutions
- Drawing insights from data outputs to present back to key internal stakeholders and supporting data users in driving value and insights
- Ensuring that all development is conducted in line with our technical assurance processes
- Coaching and supporting other team members, sharing knowledge and experience
- Ensuring data analytics projects are delivered to time, cost and quality
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets or other similar analytics toolsets
- Awareness of data landscapes within business organisations and an understanding of how data sets may interact
- Ability to summarise, present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for all users
- Holds consultative skills to effectively capture data requirements
- Proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset, inquisitive and methodical
Desirable
- Relevant numerate or IT degree or equivalent experience
