The role
As the Head of Housing & Tenancy Sustainability, you will be at the forefront of delivering our new tenant services strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming the way we deliver housing support, ensuring a seamless, proactive, and collaborative service for our tenants.
You’ll lead and support your team to provide high-quality, proactive support, while managing our Support and Sheltered Housing functions. With operational responsibility, you’ll ensure compliance with housing regulations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. As part of Trivallis’ leadership team, you’ll work to ensure tenants receive personalised support that enables them to thrive.
About you
We’re looking for a collaborative and compassionate leader with experience in housing or support services.
