ROLE OVERVIEW
The
Manager, Regional Projects will play a pivotal role in Represents Government Affairs within the assigned NEOM Stakeholders for the purpose to administrate and execute all the duties related to Government Affairs services in interacting within NEOM Region/Sectors or the external Government Authorities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
GRC Digital Tools & Integration
- Overseeing project implementation & administration requirements.
- Reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the project development.
- Create functional strategies and objectives for sub function and
- develop policies/procedures to support projects delivery.
- Support activations and special projects of all NEOM sectors.
- Execute and handle the assigned duties that related to Regional Projects Services to NEOM Regions/Sectors and ensure full compliance with the established policies and procedures related Government Affairs Sector in line with KSA Government rules and regulations.
- Provides to the Manager regular reports and statistics on the progress of the cases he/she handles
- Execute and handle all Stakeholder’s corporate certificates, licenses and permits.
- Observes, advises, and guides NEOM Regions/Sectors in their related matters with the Government entities and makes appropriate recommendation whenever applicable.
- Suggests to the Account Manager improvements in the internal processes or to the processes that GA interacts with Government Entities
- Participates in projects and initiatives beyond the day-to-day operational tasks.
- Participates in the departments strategic planning.
- Receives direction and day-to-day supervision from the Director.
- Interacts with NEOM Regions/Sectors to receive requests or provide answers or guidance as requested.
- Provides and obtains information related to pending cases either internally with NEOM Regions/Sectors or externally with Government Entities
- Responds to inquiries from other departments regarding Government processes and issues.
- Familiarity with local and global regulations such as NCA, NDMO, and GDPR.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge & Work Experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in DPP program management, processes, practices, technologies, risk management, audit, or compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in both informal and highly official settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic oral and writing.
- High standard of character and conduct.
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with no less than 8 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Relations or relevant area
