Continuous Improvement Analyst – North Birmingham – up to £50K
An exciting opportunity has come available for our client within their financial and Insurance division for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to work out of their North Birmingham (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).
Our client is expanding their CI capability, and are in search for a motivated and passionate Business Process professional to support and lead on process improvement projects.
To excel in this role, you will already have some experience in process analysis, such as, process mapping and identifying pain points. It will be a bonus, if you possess process improvement project experience.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and conducting ongoing analyses to ensure processes are continually meeting business objectives. You will also capture pain points and overall process performance through data analysis, executing root cause analysis where appropriate.
You will also have excellent development opportunity, with Six sigma Green Belt training/certification provided
The ideal Continuous Improvement Analyst will have:
- Experience of using process analysis concepts and tools to complete process mapping and pain point identification
- Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt or similar
- A good level of data analysis experience
- Advance experience in Excel skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
- Good understanding of finance principles, such as ROI and cost benefit realisation.
The role is based in North Birmingham offering a basic salary up to £50k with an excellent benefits package.
