What's your role?
You will be part of our Field Service team. Together with the team, you play a key role in improving the reliability and quality of our high-tech products. In this role, you will perform software installation and configuration, validation, calibration, and mapping. You will be working in close co-operation with our sales team, R&D professionals, and customers. Domestic travelling in UK is expected in this role as most of your working time will be spent in customer locations. You will report to Field Service Manager, EMEA.
Your main tasks include:
- Installing software and hardware (data loggers).
- System configuration.
- Customer training.
- Execution of IQOQ protocols.
- Mapping.
- On-site calibration of various sensors (temperature, humidity, differential pressure).
- Customer technical support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
What will you bring?
- Education background in Engineering, IT or Metrology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role.
- Knowledge with IT and networks.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- A basic understanding of the calibration is a plus.
- Problem solver with creative ability.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally within the EMEA region.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid Driver’s License.
