About The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed:use developments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands:on experience and develop your skills while being mentored by industry experts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
- Assisting with site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform planning strategies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- A keen interest in the UK planning system and development process.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a supportive team.
