What You Will Be Doing
- Defining data models, reporting, and dashboards for regulatory & analytic needs and helping to troubleshoot data and product issues.
- Using SQL to provide analysis on data within application databases.
- Understanding our customers - you'll know the importance of customer validation through user testing. Understands KPIs and NFRs how to identify and track. Taking time to understand and communicate the needs of end users and internal customers.
- Contributing to the creation of initiatives and the product council process. Been aware of competitor analysis and product market positioning.
- Contributing to scrum rituals including, team planning sessions, refinement sessions, demos and retrospectives. You'll create and review excellent user stories.
- Understanding prioritisation and validation techniques, based on customer and business value to manage a product backlog.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in data process definition and analysis (using best practice methods such as BPMN), with understanding of Cloud based data platforms.
- Experience liaising with stakeholders, using system design concepts whilst proposing solutions and translating these for other members of the development team.
- Experience in delivering within data warehousing and BI change projects in an analysis capacity with knowledge and experience of system development methodologies.
- Workshop facilitation experience with the ability to decompose high level business architecture down to requirements frameworks.
