Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for leading the design and implementation of data solutions that empower the project to leverage data-driven insights and drive business decision making. The role plays a critical part in shaping the projects data architecture, connecting information across various departments and systems.
Working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support the projects data-driven initiatives and improve project outcomes while maintaining robust data solutions that align with best practices and compliance standards. The Data Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align stakeholder expectations with organizational goals.
Requirements Summary
- Develop, update and maintain insightful dashboards, compelling visuals, apps and reports
- Support building a data centric culture
- Improving data accessibility (making it easy to find, use, and understand by people, while also keeping it secure)
- Collaborate with others to turn data into actionable insights
- Act as the primary point of contact for the projects data management and business intelligence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data architecture, analytics, and technology trends, providing guidance and thought leadership to drive data-driven decision-making
- Capability to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement in existing processes.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Data Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Data Management & Visualization
- Lead the development and implementation of data solutions, including data integration, data warehousing, data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Analyze stakeholders’ needs, interests, and influence to prioritize implementation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
- Identify and address potential conflicts or issues with stakeholders proactively.
- Ensure that all data management activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Utilize data analytics to help the team drive strategies and decisions.
- Manage the projects data architecture
- Monitor and maintain data quality
Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about best practices in data and apply them to enhance products.
- Seek feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of engagement and communication.
- Promote transparency and accountability in all interactions with stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks associated with the change and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Develop a strategy that outlines the approach, resources and timelines for implementing the change.
Project Management
- Provide regular reports to senior management on product status, risks, and opportunities.
- Use feedback and data to refine and improve product enhancement strategies.
- Coordinate stakeholder involvement in projects, ensuring their feedback is integrated into planning and decision-making processes.
- Track and monitor business intelligence tools deployed and their impact on project outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, dashboards, reports, and other communication materials tailored to stakeholder needs.

Experience & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data science or data management
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform Products
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of emotional intelligence and diplomacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Relevant Professional Memberships/Accreditation.
