Role Overview
The Content Manager for THE LINE is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on video production, social media, and email campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking and detailed project management to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-impact content initiatives that drive audience engagement and support business objectives. The Content Manager will be reporting to the Head of Social & Content Marketing.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Content Manager's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Content Strategy & Management
- Lead content strategy and creation across digital channels, events, and communications materials
- Manage end-to-end content development including video, social, and email production
- Oversee content editing and quality control processes
- Coordinate omnichannel content deployment for events, web, social, and CRM
Agency Management
- Develop and manage agency briefs and timelines
- Oversee budget allocation and tracking
- Conduct quality control of deliverables
- Evaluate agency performance
- Coordinate resources with internal teams
Project Management
- Administer department's Asana workspace
- Create and maintain project templates
- Manage team workload and timelines
- Track dependencies and deadlines
- Lead weekly status check-ins
- Monitor content performance metrics
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Leadership
- Coordinate with Communications team on content calendar
- Lead agency relationships and performance reviews
- Drive content optimization through data analytics
- Present regular performance updates to stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 7+ years in content development and management
- Proven expertise in video production management, including format knowledge and platform requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience managing agency relationships
- Strong project management tool proficiency, especially in Asana
- Demonstrated success in content strategy and execution
- Experience in events-related content creation
- Analytics and reporting capabilities

Qualifications
