The Opportunity
We’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our high-performing Legal Team. This is not your typical 9-to-5 this is an opportunity to fast-track your career, develop key commercial skills, and gain exposure to some of the biggest names in the legal industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and looking for a career change into recruitment.
We’ve successfully hired career changers from diverse backgrounds, including PR, Legal, and even Law Enforcement. In this role, you’ll be working alongside expert recruiters, learning how to source, place, and advise top legal professionals across private practice and in-house roles. You’ll build relationships with lawyers, partners, and legal leaders, helping them shape their careers while growing your own.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Legal Team – Assisting experienced recruiters with sourcing and managing legal talent pipeline.
- Headhunting top legal candidates – Identifying, researching, and engaging with high-calibre legal professionals.
- Market research & talent mapping – Helping to track key legal industry trends and emerging talent pools.
- Screening candidates – Reviewing CVs, assessing suitability, and gathering key information.
- Supporting different teams in Legal – Collaborating within the legal practice to provide recruitment insights and candidate recommendations.
