The Role
As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in the commercial team, helping identify and drive strategic growth initiatives. You will leverage large datasets to extract insights, uncover trends, and drive business decisions.
Your work will directly impact company growth by driving data-driven decisions and collaborating with key stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, is highly analytical and has a strong interest in fintech and data analytics. You will gain hands-on experience using SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools to support commercial strategies and improve business performance.
Requirements
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
- Support strategic growth initiatives by providing actionable insights
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualise key performance metrics
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Risk and Partnerships to support data-driven decision-making
- Communicate findings effectively, presenting insights in a clear and accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Other Key Requirements:
About to graduate or recently graduated - we do not expect you to be proficient in all aspects from day one but are looking for a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Data & Analytics:
- Experience working with SQL and Python, or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Learning & Adaptability:
- A fast learner who enjoys tackling new challenges and working in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of or a strong interest in fintech, financial services, or digital banking
