About The Role - Legal Counsel
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Legal Counsel to provide sound legal advice and guidance at our Milford Haven Terminal.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide informed, preventative, and commercially relevant legal advice to senior management, the board of directors and any applicable project teams. You will advise on matters including key commercial projects, general advice on regulatory matters, organisational governance and compliance requirements and the avoidance and/or management of disputes and litigation.
Qualifications And Experience
You will have extensive knowledge and accomplishments in corporate and commercial law, including dealing with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracting. You will also ideally have significant broad legal experience with knowledge of UK/EU Gas regulations.
