Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: London - Hybrid (3 Days Office/2 days home)

Overview:
We are currently looking for several Project Engineers to join the existing team working on the NEP project. Candidates must have experience in offshore installation projects, with a specific focus on the installation of rigid pipelines.
The Role:
- Ensure that all Methods Engineering activities are properly and correctly managed, either directly or through subordinate staff, to guarantee the quality of the product based on job requirements.
- Provide assistance to other functions by identifying, agreeing, and implementing the most efficient and effective solutions for installation and construction activities.
- Organize and participate in design reviews to define the best installation methodology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the assigned Methods Engineering group, providing technical and administrative guidance to subordinate staff to ensure aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved.
- Administer the working programme to ensure its implementation in accordance with established plans, designs, and specifications.
- Responsible for the interpretation, implementation, and improvement of proposed design solutions.
- Initiate and maintain a filing system for document review and distribution through subordinate staff.
- Monitor and coordinate all phases of work progress and review procedures, reports, and calculations of subordinate engineers, ensuring that deliverables, equipment, facilities, and services meet specified requirements.
- Ensure technical coordination with the Client, including attendance at interface meetings.
- Coordinate with the technical lead on board the vessel, providing backup to the installation team and advising vessel management on technical aspects of the job.
- Ensure that all checklists and installation records are completed according to procedures and passed to the Quality Control Coordinator for compilation.
- Attend sites and carry out inspections during onshore preparation to ensure that all requirements have been met.
- Participate in critical offshore tasks to ensure performance according to methodology and capture relevant feedback and lessons learned.
- Serve as a field engineer during offshore activities when requested, both in the yards and offshore during the vessel operation campaign.
