Role Description
This is a contract Design Manager role located on-site in Stockport. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, manufacture, and installation of architectural façades and cladding projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external clients, ensuring project timelines and budget constraints are met, and maintaining design quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in architectural design, cladding design, and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
- Knowledge of building regulations and sustainability standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
