About The Role
Exciting opportunity for a versatile
Software Developer to join Hansen’s
CSF Team. Location:
Newport or London, UK.
The Software Developer will provide vital support towards our wider development initiatives as part of Hansen’s exciting Cloud-Native journey with AWS, enabling us to provide an efficient and resilient platform on which to continue developing product features to meet our customers’ needs.

About You
You are a highly adaptable individual with proven experience supporting applications and .net development frameworks. You have:
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Demonstrable background in coordinating with development teams to build, test and deploy high quality, highly reliable, scalable applications, APIs in a team environment.
- Experience working on Product development using an agile methodology
- An excellent work ethic, initiative, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to deliver high value products in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop features in a rapidly changing code base with .Net Core using C# and RESTful API’s
- Follow Test driven development (TDD) using Xunit and Behaviour-driven development (BDD) using Spec Flow
- Review and maintain code standards with Git, SonarQube and DAST
- Assist with DevOps tasks such CI/CD on Jenkins, Docker containerisation and cloud deployment using Kubernetes
- Independently solve technical issues and defects
- Work with the development team to follow coding best practices
