Sterling Hydrotech Ltd is a well-established, independent, national swimming pool water treatment company. We currently have a vacancy for a project engineer.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the client liaison and day to day management of projects to ensure contracts are kept on schedule and clients are communicated with.
Duties of the Project Engineer:
- Liaise with the sales team and project manage works, on time, on budget and to the customers satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal administration and the logistics departments at various stages of projects
- Organise in-house labour and sub-contractor labour to complete works
- Monitor job costs
- Attend site meetings and work with engineers on site to ensure project specifications are meet
- Issue RAMS to site
- Health & Safety duties - ensure all personnel, comply with relevant legal and H&S legislation including the company's H&S Policy
Requirements
- Must have commercial pool plant installation experience 3 years plus
- Must have experience managing works and teams within the Swimming Pool or water treatment industry
- Project management qualification would be preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving License
- Pro-active / forward thinking
