The Role: We are a working with a start up energy company dedicated to revolutionising the industry through advanced artificial intelligence technologies. Their goal is to enhance energy efficiency, optimise resource management, and drive sustainable solutions. They are seeking a talented AI / ML Specialist to join their innovative team.
Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, particularly in the development and application of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). The successful candidate will play a critical role in leveraging these technologies to address key challenges in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI models, including VAEs, GANs, and GNNs, to optimize energy systems and processes.
- Conduct research and develop innovative AI solutions to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing energy management frameworks.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Present research findings and technical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on VAEs, GANs, and GNNs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI technologies to real-world problems in the energy sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with energy systems, smart grids, or renewable energy technologies.
- Familiarity with advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning and deep learning.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
