About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to take full ownership of our project delivery. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for a big-picture thinker who thrives on making decisions, pushing boundaries and embracing new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Delivery: Lead projects from client consultation to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Innovative Design & Quotation: Formalise system designs, procure parts, and prepare competitive quotations for Solar PV, Biomass boilers, and M&E works.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
- On-Site Leadership: Conduct site visits, manage contractors and teams, and oversee project execution.
- Efficiency Improvement: Recommend and implement modern systems and processes to maximise operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Track and report project progression, profitability, and outcomes.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong background in HVAC, electrical/mechanical, facilities management, or building services.
- Familiarity with M&E design and installation projects.
- Proven experience managing projects and teams, with a history of delivering on time and within budget.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Competency in using MS Excel and Word.
- Full driving license.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Solar PV systems and Biomass/District heating systems.
- Experience in snagging, aftersales, and tender preparation.
- Technical understanding of engineering drawings and bills of materials (BoM).
