Join The Tersus Team as an Accounts Administrator
Salary: Up to £25,000 per year, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Cardiff Office.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Dive into the action by helping our Account Managers maintain customer accounts, ensuring smooth sailing for our clients
- Handle client communications, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to tackle customer requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings
- Collaborate with our sales team to spot potential areas for account growth, ensuring our clients are always getting the best we have to offer
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
- Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) would be a fantastic addition to your skill set
