Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Service Engineer, you will be required to complete annual services on heat pump installations to ensure that the system is working as well as it did when it was installed. You will be required to communicate well with customers and alleviate problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role will include a handful of paperwork, so being accurate and having a keen eye for detail will go a long way.

Project catchment area within 2 hours of DY14 location.

Experience

Previous experience in plumbing is preferred.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer working with heat pumps is highly desirable, but not essential. All training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driving licence is essential for travel to client sites.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year - Salary will be dependent on candidates' experience.
