With over 270 destinations across the globe, our businesses not only bring people together but also support the prosperity of the regions in which we operate.

At MAG, we recognise creating a first-class journey for our customers starts by creating a first-class career journey for our colleagues and we are committed to building inclusive environments in which our people can thrive. You’ll also have access to some great benefits including:

  • Bonus scheme
  • 11% company contribution pension

The role:

Decarbonising aviation is one of MAG’s seven strategic objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and taking account of the external environment, the Decarbonisation Programme Manager will plan, prioritise and manage, ensuring delivery of the decarbonisation programme. This programme will deliver the decarbonisation of MAG’s airports no later than 2038, with a rate of emissions reduction that is compatible with climate science.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the decarbonisation programme and engaging with technical and strategic consultant teams appointed to deliver aspects of the Decarbonisation Programme. You will consolidate activity from across the business, bringing together the elements of MAG’s decarbonisation programme into a consistent plan that can be simply communicated, tracked and reported. You will also maintain programme oversight of climate-related investment opportunities, integrating them into the overall delivery programme.

About you:

You will be an experienced project professional with the ability to work in a challenging environment. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and comfortable working towards tight timescales.
