Position: Customer Relations Executive

waEV-charge are a UK based EV charger manufacturer providing and installing EV charge points to domestic and commercial properties across the UK. Coming from a construction & engineering background, we believe in making the process of supplying and installing EV chargers as straight forward as possible supported by quality-built hardware, industry-leading software and unrivalled support services. 


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and the efficient management of our B2C channels. Your key responsibilities will include:


Customer Interaction

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

   - Manage customer queries across various B2C channels such as phone, email, and chat.

   - Follow up on responses to customer reviews and feedback.


Sales Support:

   - Support day-to-day sales operations, assisting customers in selecting our EV charging solutions.

   - Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services, meeting sales targets.

   - Oversee OZEV grant applications and ensure completion and maintenance of all required information.


Order Management:

   - Efficiently process customer orders into our order management system.

   - Monitor and oversee the lifecycle of customer jobs, ensuring timely completion and delivery.


Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer relations and sales, preferably within the EV charging industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with order management systems.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office environment.

- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.


Desirable Skills:

- Experience in EV or other renewable energy industries, or related educational background.

- Proficiency in Slack, Monday, Outlook, Adobe Suite & Jumptech

- Keen Interest in social media platforms.

Salary Range: £22,500 - £27,500
