Electrician - EV
Job role
The role holder will be a qualified electrician, carrying out site surveys and minor works installations at commercial EV charging locations, as well as pro-actively maintaining existing equipment on site.
Duties and responsibilities
Carry out in-depth site surveys to assess for available power allowing for the completion of accurate, high quality quotes and estimates
Work pro-actively with Sales and Account Management to manage surveys and site visits for installations
Work with Customer Services to provide pro-active and re-active maintenance on existing sites
Minor works installations
Commissioning of both A.C and D.C chargepoints
Quality assurance reports on our sub-contractors installations
Test and inspection using NICEIC portal
Act as a brand ambassador and representing the client on site visitsSkills and experience
Experience working with large scale commercial/industrial building supply and understanding of how to utilise this supply to suit our installations
Previous experience installing electric vehicle charging points whether commercial or domestic
Maintenance Engineer experience
Understanding of a wide variety of commercial electrical installations
Communication is key both with the office and while dealing with clients as a representative for the company
Drive, commitment, and desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced changing industry
Pro-active, and responsive approach to all work
Team Player, Positive AttitudeQualifications

Full, clean driving licence
2396 Electrical Design Course
ECS/CSCS cardholder
